Ingredients:  
1 Cup sugar
½ Cup butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 Cup flour
1 can Hershey syrup (16 oz or 1½ Cup)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
½ Cup nuts (optional)

Middle:
2 Cup 10x sugar
¼ Cup butter
4 Tbsp creme de menthe

Top:
1 Cup chocolate chips
6 Tbsp butter

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, Hershey syrup and vanilla. Then add flour and salt. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes (until done). Cool
3. Mix together middle ingredients and spread over cooled brownie
4. Melt together chocolate chips and butter. Spread over brownie. Chill
