6 to 8 oz mayonnaise (Hellman's works best)
6 to 8 oz sour cream
medium to large tomato
1 to 2 lb bacon
bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until good and crispy. Set aside and let cool.
Combine mayo and sour cream.
Chop tomato into small pieces and add to above mixture.
Crumble cooked bacon into small pieces and add to the mixture.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Toast bread and cut into quarters.

Bacon bits can be substituted for real bacon, but the real stuff tastes better!
