1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
1 tsp. milk
1 egg
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Caramel Frosting:
3 Tbsp. butter
¼ cup heavy cream
½ cup brown sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Cookies
1. With an electric mixer, beat together sugar and oil.
2. Add egg, milk, pumpkin and vanilla. Blend well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
4. Form into cookies and bake 350.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients well.
