3 oz. pkg of cream cheese
1/2 c. of jam
¼ c. shortening/oleo
2 c. Bisquick
¼ c. milk

Topping:

1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1-2 tbsp. mild
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cream cheese and shortening/oleo into Bisquick until crumbly. Stir in milk and turn onto floured board. Knead. On waxpaper roll dough to 12 x 8 rectangle. Invert on greased baking sheet. Spread jam in center of dough. Make 2 1/2 long cuts from long edge, Fold strips alternately over filling.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes before frosting.
