1-1/2 cup cake flour
1-1/2 cup sugar
5 eggs
7 T cold water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks. Add 7 T water and beat for 5 minutes with a mixer.

Add sugar. Beat 5 minutes more.
Add flavoring and flour.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into angel food cake pan. Bake 1 hour in slow oven, 325º

My Aunt Louise (Auntie Weese) used to make this. She sometimes frosted it with seafoam frosting.
