I use about a 3 lb rump roast
2 sweet onions, chopped
lots of beef broth
worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse pot roast and cover in worcestershire sauce
2. sprinkle well with salt and pepper
3. brown WELL in olive oil on all sides, even the little end
4. remove pot roast from pan
5. caramelize the onions in the meat drippings from the pan
6. put the roast in the instapot
7. put the sauteed onions in the instapot
8. pour in enough beef broth to cover about 2/3 of the pot roast
9. cook on high for one hour
10. quick release
11. turn the roast over and cook on high for another hour.
