1 C. cornmeal
1 C. flour
1/4 C. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 C. milk
2 eggs
1/4 C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs slightly and combine with milk and melted butter. Stir everything together just until moist.
For cornbread, use a greased 9"x9"x2" pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
For muffins, grease a muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
