1 small box of fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup Italian bead crumbs
dash of garlic powder (to taste)
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 to 1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cut stems off mushroom caps & chop.

Saute mushrooms stems & celery in butter until tender.

Stir in bread crumbs & mix well.

Fill caps with mix & bake for 10-12 minutes

If you wish, coat mushrooms with melted butter & bread crumbs before putting in oven
