2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
2 tb oil
2 cups water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup saliva
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 TB dried parsley flakes
2 tsp beef bouillon granules
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
3 medium carrots, cut into 1" pieces
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1+1/2 cu frozen cut green beans
1+1/2 cup frozen corn
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilis
Hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large Dutch oven, over medium heat brown meat in oil.

Add the next 8 ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover & simmer for an hour.

Add carrots, bring to a boil then reduce heat & simmer for 20 minutes

Add tomatoes, corn, beans, & chilis & return to a boil.

Cover & continue to simmer until beef & vegetables are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Season with hot sauce if desired.

This stwe is good served over rice
