2 ½ C oats (quick are best)
1 C peanut butter
⅓ C semisweet chocolate chips
¼ C honey
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Mash bananas and combine everything. Scoop and form with hand. You can make them any size you want, but with my large cookie scoop I get 24 cookies. Press them together firmly to help them stay together.

Line cookie sheet with parchment, bake 12-15 minus at 350º or until they are starting to get a light golden brown color

Personal Notes:
You can add anything you want to the recipe to your taste, raisins, nuts, etc. Also to make them healthier you could add chia, flax, hemp, or other seeds/fiber sources.
Some people leave them in the oven for an additional 10 minutes after baking to help them dry out more, if you don't do this they are pretty thick and soft. I enjoy them softer.
