Ingredients:
1 large container white whole mushrooms
1-2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1/3 cup Red wine or beef broth
1-2 tsp. Garlic paste
Salt and pepper

Directions:
These are the easiest and best mushrooms - they go especially great with a nice filet!
Clean your mushrooms (I really have no idea how to properly clean mushrooms - I don't own a brush, so I usually just dab the dirt off with a wet paper towel, or ask Mike to prep them so I don't have to). Slice them in half so you have big pieces of mushrooms. Put them in a dry pan over medium heat and saute until they are brown and starting to soften - liquid will start to come out of them and they will already have cooked down quite a bit - maybe 5 minutes. At this point, add in about 1-2 tbsp. of worcestershire, 1 tbsp. of dijon mustard, 1-2 tsp. of garlic paste (I use Amore brand) and saute. Once that has reduced then add about 1/3 cup of red wine (or you could use beef broth if you don't have any on hand). Reduce this again until all the liquid is evaporated and they are left with a delicious glaze. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
