1 4lb. whole chicken
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove giblets and neck, and rinse chicken with cold water. Pat dry and place chicken in a large ziplock freezer bag. Stir together paprika and next five ingredients until well blended. Rub over chicken, coating evenly. Seal and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours, shaking occasionally. Remove from marinade and discard. Place chicken in a roasting pan.
2. Bake at 425º for 50 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 170º. Let stand, covered, 15 minutes before slicing.
