1/2 c margarine
1 c white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 med bananas
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine & sugart together; Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Put 1/2 of the batter into a separate bowl. Add 1/4 c cocoa to 1 portion. Put cocoa batter into a greased 8 X 8 pan. Put non cocoa batter over top. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 min.
Top with Cream Cheese Icing.

Cream Cheese Icing
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1/4 c margarine
Beat together, then add:
4 c icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
