2 cups sliced carrots
½ lb. snow peas, trimmed
3 Tbsp. butter
½ tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil.
Add the carrots and cook until tender-crisp, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Add the pea pods and cook until tender-crisp.
Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in the same pan and stir in the cornstarch.
Return the carrots and pea pods to the pan and stir in the honey.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
