In small saucepan, bring water to a boil; add uncooked 1/2 c. macaroni. Cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until macaroni is tender. (Do not drain). Stir in remaining ingredients until cheese melts. Ready-to-eat!

If using a box of macaroni and cheese, you can make the macaroni as directed by draining water, adding milk, butter and powdered cheese, then add additional American cheese and sausage or frankfurter. Stir soup in a separate cup of hot water and pour in and stir.
