1 chicken, cut up into pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
½ cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. flour
¼ cup catsup
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
garlic salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken into pieces and place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and pepper
Put onion and green pepper over top of chicken.
Mix orange juice, flour, catsup, Dijon mustard, garlic, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
Pour mixture over chicken, onions & green peppers.
Bake in the oven at 350º for 45 minutes.
Add slices of orange on top and bake another 15 minutes or until done.
