Ingredients: Single Batch recipe: 1¾ cups flour 2 tsp. baking powder ½ tsp. salt 3 tsp. sugar 3 egg yolks, beaten 1½ cups milk ⅓ cup vegetable oil 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Double Batch recipe: (Tip: can be frozen) 3½ cups flour 4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 6 tsp. sugar 6 egg yolks, beaten 3 cups milk ⅔ cup vegetable oil 6 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions: |
Directions:Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl and blend. Combine egg yolks and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Add in vegetable oil. Carefully fold in egg whites. Do not over-mix. Spray cooking spray onto waffle maker. Pour approximate 1 cup batter onto the preheated waffle maker. Close and bake until the indicator light goes off (approx. 2 minutes).
For freezing: Cool waffles on wire racks. Place several into a freezer bag. Put bags into the freezer. |
