Sauce:
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
dash of onion powder
salt
pepper

Salad:
2 cups chopped fresh kale
1 cup chopped broccolini/baby broccoli
1/4 cup craisins or dried cherries (the CFA recipe uses cherries)
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup pecan halves

Directions:

Whisk together all of your sauce ingredients. In a large bowl, mix everything together except for the nuts. Toss well to coat in the dressing. Top with nuts when serving. Avoid storing leftovers with the nuts mixed in as they'll get soggy and lose their crunch.

I really ballpark this usually, so alter the amounts according to taste when making your dressing. Too tangy, add maple syrup. Too sweet, add vinegar and soy sauce. Too bland, add soy sauce. Too oily, add vinegar, syrup, and soy sauce. Find the right combo and it will be very close to the one you get at Chick-fil-a
