lb. Minced Sausage Meat
lb. Hamburger Meat
C. Prepared Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 Egg lightly Beaten
1 T. Chopped Parsley
1/2 C Milk
2 Onions Chopped
2 t. Curry Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 C. Water
BBQ SAUCE: 1/2 C.Water, 1/4 C.Worcestershire,1/4 C. Brown Sugar, 2 T. Butter, 1/2 C. Ketchup,
2 T. Vinegar, 1 t. Instant Coffee, 2 T. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Make BBQ Sauce by combining BBQ ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer until reduced and thicker. Set aside.
Combine meats, bread crumbs, onion, curry powder, salt, pepper, parsley and egg. GRADUALLY add milk and water to meat mix and continue mixing. Place in a greased bread loaf pan and bake at 350 Degrees with foil on the top for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and pour off fat.Pour some BBQ sauce on top of loaf and bake for another 40 minutes. Check once during this time and pour more BBQ sauce on top if needed. Serve sliced with BBQ sauce.
