3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
3 cup oatmeal, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together oil, sugars, egg, water, and vanilla until creamy. In a separate bowl stir together flour, salt and soda. Add to creamed mixture. Blend well. Stir in oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
