1 cup of water
4 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup monterey cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cottage cheese
meat/veggies diced

Filler Ideas:
pepper jack cheese & chorizo
broccoli and cheddar
bacon
sausage and mushrooms
ham and swiss

Directions:
Directions:
Add cup of water to bottom of instant pot
Place trivet in the bottom of the instant pot
Mix eggs, cottage cheese and shredded cheese
Fill egg mold 2/3 full egg mixture
Add fillers to each mold
Cover with aluminum foil or silicone lid
Cook on steam for 10 minutes
Natural release for 10 minutes
Manually release the remainder
