2 cakes Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
¼ cup Lukewarm water
2 cups Boiling hot water
½ cup Sugar
1 tbsp Salt
⅓ cup Butter or Lard
2 Eggs
4 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 cakes yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in ¼ cup lukewarm water. Mix 2 cups boiling water, ½ cup sugar, 1 tablespoon salt and ⅓ cup lard or butter. Beat two eggs and combine mixtures with eggs. Add 4 cups flour. DO NOT KNEAD…..let rise until doubled. Shape into individual rolls and place in greased muffin tin. Let rise again in muffin tin. Bake in 400º oven until golden brown.
