15 White Sweet Potatoes
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cups Sugar
5 tsp Cinnamon
Mini marshmellows
Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil sweet potatoes until soft (about 30 minutes)
2. Peel off skin of sweet potatoes
3. Mash potatoes until soft
4. Add margarine, sugar and cinnamon to sweet potatoes.
5. Mix with mixer until smooth and transfer to pyrex dish
6. Cover pyrex dish with aluminum and bake for 30 minutes at 350º
7. Cover top with mini marshmellows and bake for 5 minutes more
