1 C. butter
½ C. powdered sugar
2½ C. sifted flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake 400º for 14 to 17 minutes. Remove from oven, while still hot roll in powdered sugar. Cool then roll again.
