Ingredients:
Largest turkey you can find (I prefer Butterball)
Reynolds turkey oven bag
Creole injection seasoning
Butter
Garlic salt
Creole seasoning (dry)

Directions:
Directions:
The night before thanksgiving place turkey in baking bag and pan. Fill turkey meat with injection seasoning - for larger turkeys use two bottles. Melt butter and rub over top of turkey and legs. Sprinkle garlic salt and creole seasoning over turkey.
Place back in fridge until ready to cook.
Cook following using baking bag directions.
Note: I like to use the disposable pop up turkey timers. Be sure to place in thickest part of turkey breast. I always use disposable aluminum pans to cook my turkey in, it makes life way easier when it is time to clean up.

Be sure to save dripping for the gravy. That stuff is like gold!!
