1 lb. asparagus, woody ends snapped off
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle generously with the Parmesan cheese.

Bake until the asparagus is tender and the cheese is melted and slightly golden (10-12 minutes).
Serve just as soon as you can.
