1 small box chocolate instant pudding
1 ½ cup milk
¼ cup oil
4 eggs

Filling:
1 cup milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
2 tbsp cream cheese

Divide batter into two 'greased' cake pans and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Spread filling evenly between two layers of cake.
