7 cups cucumbers
3 cups carrots
4 small onions
Green and red pepper, you may add red pimentos
5 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cucumbers, carrots, onions, and peppers. Sprinkle salt over this and let stand for 3 hours. Then drain off all the juice and make a liquid of sugar, vinegar, celery and mustard seed in a large kettle. Then let come to a boil and add the cucumber mixture and simmer 20 minutes. I always store in refrigerator for use in the winter.
