2 1/2 c. applesauce
2 c. sugar
1 c. veg. oil
4 eggs
6 t. milk
4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp.cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl throughly combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk.
Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, spices, salt.
Stir into applesauce mixture. Blend well.
Fold in pecans.
Turn into 2 greased loaf pans or 6 to 8 mini pans.
Bake in 350 oven for 1 hr. or til done. Remove from pans Cool on rack.
Test doneness by inserting wooden toothpick in center til it comes out clean.
