2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 t.vanilla extract
2 1/3 c.almonds,finely ground
1/3 cup all purpose flour
4 oz.unsweetened chocolate,grated
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
powdered sugar,sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs,sugar,vanilla until light and fluffy.Add remaining ingredients and beat well.Pat dough into a ball and chill one hour.Shape dough into small,one-inch diameter balls.Roll each ball in powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Allow to dry for 4 hours in refrigerator on baking sheet.Bake at 475 degrees for 3 minutes or until they have formed a light crust.Allow to cool 10 minutes on baking sheet;transfer to cooling rack.
