1 cup poppy seed, ground

1/3 cup milk

1/3 cup sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons honey

Combine poppy seeds and milk in medium saucepan; simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer 2 minutes. Cool.
