3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup cooking oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 cups diced pears
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Add pears and pecans. Bake in prepared pan for 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Good without frosting or may drizzle powdered sugar icing over it.
