2 cups of diced sweet potatoes
1 cup of halved Brussel Sprouts
1 med onion, diced
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
6 pieces of bacon, diced
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup chicken broth
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cinnamon
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until chicken is done, set aside and drain pan.

Cook bacon all the way through and set aside, leaving bacon grease in pan.

Add Brussels, Onion, Sweet Potatoes, chicken broth and apples and cook on med high for 15-20 minutes.

Add garlic, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir. Cook for 3-4 minutes before adding bacon and chicken to pan.
