1-14 oz. Rope Kielbasa, cut in slices, then cut in half
1 medium onion, diced
4 celery ribs, diced
3 cups beef broth
1-28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1-14½ oz. can black, white or kidney beans (optional)
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt (optional)
¼ tsp. pepper
1 T. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. caraway seeds
8 cups cabbage, chopped

Directions:
In sprayed 6 quart saucepan on med-high heat sauteʹKielbasa, celery and onion for 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
