1/4# pepperoni chopped
1/4# ham chopped
1/4# turkey chopped
1/4# Genoa salami chopped
1/4# provolone chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 pickled pepperoni chopped
1/2 head lettuce chopped
1 med onion chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 T dried basil
1 T dried oregano
1 T olive oil
1/2 t red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the deli meats, cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato and pepperoni. In small bowl whisk together mayo, olive oil, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes. Pour over meat mixture and stir to combine. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers. Can be made ahead. Mix all ingredients except lettuce and tomato. Add them right before serving.
