Ingredients:  
⅓ cup sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. minute tapioca
2¾ cup milk
1 egg well beaten
1 Tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: sugar, tapioca, milk, egg in heavy saucepan, let stand 5 min. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until full boil.
Stir in vanilla. Cool

Tapioca - use 3 Tbsp. for each fruit pie for thickening.
