Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin
6 to 8 slices of bacon
1 stick butter
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Make slits in tenderloin. Put pats of butter in to the slits. Wrap tenderloin with bacon. Place in baking dish. Poke holes in tenderloin with fork. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Pour over the tenderloin. I cut my tenderloin in half for easier baking. Cover with foil and let marinate for several hours if you have time. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. After about 1 1/2 hours remove foil so bacon can crisp. When done, cut meat into slices and let them soak up some of the juices. * Before you slice the meat, you may want to pour off some of the excess juice, but be sure to save some for soaking the slices. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
