1 lb. dry red beans
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in slices
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1-1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak beans overnight (wash first). Drain. Fill pot with water two inches above beans and add all ingredients except sausage. Turn crock pot on low for about six hours. Add sausage and cook for additional two to four hours. Add water if needed.
