1 side spare ribs
1 lg. onion chopped
1/4 c. marg.
salt & pepper
2 c. water
Dash lemon juice
5 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs on lg. piece of foil. In a large roaster.
Add onion, salt & pepper,
Add all remaining ingred.
Fold over foil and seal well.

Bake at 250 degrees for 6 hrs. Remove and set aside. Open and dribble barbecue sauce over meat.
I use kraft orig. or cattleman's
Return to oven at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
