1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/4 cup salad oil
1 1/4 cups water
3 eggs
1 package yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Soak poppy seed in 1 1/4 cups water for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour 12 cup bunt cake pan. Blend cake mix (dry), oil, eggs, poppy seed and water until moistened. Beat 4 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely. Spread cake with lemon glaze, allowing some to drizzle down side.

Lemon Glaze
mix 1 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Stir in enough water (1 to 2 teaspoons) to reach proper glaze consistency.
