1/2 cup Wesson oil
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/4 tsp lemon extract
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 pkg lemon or orange jello
4 eggs

Directions:
Mix in order of above list adding eggs one at a time. After mixing all ingredients together beat whole mixture two minutes. Pour into greased tube pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes in 325 degree oven. Watch cake toward the last few minutes of cook as it browns very quickly. Serve plain.
