2 cups flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 pkg. yeast
2 tsps. dried rosemary
1 tsp. salt
1 cup hot milk or water
2 tbsps. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
cornmeal

Topping:
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. dried rosemary
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and stir until dough starts to form a ball. Knead on floured surface for 10 minutes. Grease bowl, sprinkle dough with cornmeal and let rise one hour. Spread dough on pan and top with olive oil. Sprinkle spices on top. Bake 400ºF for 15-20 minutes. Serve with oil and balsamic vinegar.
