½ cup minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup margarine
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Parsley, optional
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in margarine over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown. Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in flour, mushrooms, and soup. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Garnish with parsley. Serve over rice.
