1.5 lbs. ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
½ tsp. fresh minced garlic
½ cup crushed pork rinds, ground flaxseed or almond flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. mustard powder
1 tsp. Soy sauce
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup cooked bacon
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
5 tbsp. ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix together beef, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Press ¾ of mix into a loaf tin along the bottom and press up the edges keeping a well in the middle. Mix together cream cheese with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and jalapeños. Add cream cheese mixture to the well. Cover with remaining meat to seal. Bake for 30-40 minutes covered with foil. Take out and flip over onto a tray. Brush with barbecue sauce. Grill in the oven until glazed.
