2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup butter
⅔ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly; add water. Stir until dough forms a ball. If too dry, add 1 tbsp. of water at a time until it will. Turn out onto floured surface. Knead 6 to 8 times. Cover with inverted bowl. Let rest 20 minutes. Roll out a portion as thin as you can. Invert 7" bowl or 8" plate on dough. Cut around edge. Repeat. Place 1 tortilla on medium hot ungreased frying pan. Some dark spots will appear in 15 to 20 seconds. Turn. Brown 15 to 20 seconds on second side until there are some dark spots. Cool and wrap air tight to store. Makes 10-12 tortillas.
