1 (16 oz.) can salmon, remove bones, retain juice
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil


Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except oil. Press into palm size patties, approximately half inch thick. In a heavy skillet, heat oil. Pan fry patties, until brown on both side. Serve hot over buttered noodles with a vegetable and toasted French bread.
