6 chicken breasts or chicken
1 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp. dill weed
Salt, pepper (to taste)
Plain flour


Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and cut off any excess skin. Salt and pepper to your taste. Pour 1 cup of buttermilk over chicken. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon dill weed. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Flour with plain flour and fry at 350 degrees in an electric fryer. Brown for 10 minutes. Turn temperature down to 250 degrees, cover pan and let cook through and through for 15 minutes. Remove cover and turn temperature to 350 degrees. Fry for 5 minutes (this puts a really crisp batter on it).
