2 packages yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cup lukewarm water
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 beaten eggs
6½-7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs add half of the flour. Gradually add the rest of flour 1 cup at a time until stiff dough, Cover and put in refrigerator. When thoroughly chilled this dough can be used for dinner rolls, or cinnamon rolls. Let rise until double, 1-2 hours. Bake 375º for 15 minutes or until brown.
