8 cups sliced green tomatoes
3 tablespoons salt
2 c cider vinegar
2 c sugar
3 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp turmeric
3 c sliced onions
2 large sweet red peppers chopped
1 hot red pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix green tomatoes and salt into large bowl. Allow to stand overnight.
Drain tomatoes and set aside.
Mix in large saucepan: cider vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric and onions.
Bring to a boil and simmer gently 5 minutes.
Stir in drained tomatoes and sweet and hot red peppers.
Bring to a boil and simmer gently 5 more minutes stirring occasionally.
Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal.
