¾ cup sugar
⅓ cup vinegar
⅔ cup water
2 rounded tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon mustard
pinch salt
Mix and cook until thick, can be cooked in microwave also. Be sure to stir every 30 seconds so it doesn't get lumps.

Mix and cook until thick, can be cooked in microwave also. Be sure to stir every 30 seconds so it doesn't get lumps. Remove from heat and add 2 Tablespoons butter and 2 heaping tablespoons miracle whip. Pour over cooked potatoes, chopped onion, chopped celery or celery seed.
4x recipe for 15 pounds potatoes.
